I've been in the operational trenches for over two decades – as a founder, a multi-time second-in-command, a COO, an expat entrepreneur, and a college professor teaching the next generation of builders. I’ve launched, grown, and exited businesses, experiencing the exhilarating highs and gut-wrenching lows.
My journey, including overcoming a significant physical adversity and navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis, taught me the profound power of resilience, the necessity of adaptive systems, and the critical importance of an "Anchored" mindset. I learned that true strength isn't about doing everything yourself but building the systems, stability, and structure that allows vision to take flight sustainably.
I created Anchored For Growth, my Executive & Operations Leadership Coaching services, because I saw too many brilliant leaders struggling with the same challenges I faced – ambiguity, overwhelm, the "hero complex," and a lack of resources tailored to the unique pressures of early-stage companies.
